There have been at least three reported incidences in the last week where people have been having BBQ's and Parties on their terrace or poolside etc, and opportunist thieves have taken the opportunity to break in on the quiet side of the houses.

Make sure if you're having a party all doors except the nearest one are closed and locked - same with the windows.
