I am looking for a small property in need of renovation, or land in a pretty situation with views, either on the edge of a town or small distance outside of a town or village. I am looking for 'Lease to buy' or 'Rent to buy' as it is difficult getting a loan or mortgage on this type of property.
Anywhere any situation, open to suggestions. I am staying in Albox for another 6 weeks then returning to the UK, even then, I am only an email away and will be returning again several times this year.
