Hi,
I´m new to this particular forum. I don´t live in your area I live in Fuerteventura but would like to move closer to my parents in Lorca.
I have been trying to sell our house here and obviously with the current climate haven´t been able to. Therefore I have been considering permanent house exchange (basically to go through still as 2 independant sales) instead.
I wondered if there was anyone who hadn´t been able to sell their property who would be interested in ´swapping´ with ours.
We have a 2 bedroomed villa and would be looking for a 2 or 3 bedroomed villa in and around Costa Calida/Almeria etc
Our property has been on the market reduced at 160,000 Euros
