Autonomo to SL

Can anybody tell me the basic benefits of changing from Auto to Spanish SL, I understand the limited liability concept, was wondering if it would be beneficial to a smale scale operation.

There are important aspects to consider when deciding on S.L., C.B. or autonomo and these should definitely be discussed with your assessor fiscal / assessor laboral. As a general rule though, if you invoice less than 60.000 euros per annum, then autonamo or C.B., and if you invoice more, then S.L.
