Can't Drive off the Main Roads??

Heard a rumour that a new law has just been passed which allows the Guardia to question you as to why you should be driving on dirt tracks, rambla's etc, why are you off roading?

I always thought that road traffic laws applied to tracks and ramblas alike, after all, they are used as roads:cool:
