Hi All,
just wanted to pass this on.
If you booked a flight recently double check your charges. I booked 2 flights and noticed I had been charged £20.00 for on-line check in.As we are only taking hand luggage on-line check in should have been free. And also priority boarding was added at £12.00 when I phoned Ryanair (not using their 0905 number) They told me there had been a computer error at that time !!!!!! This was the reason we had been charged by mistake.
I bet they wouldn't have told me unless I checked. I should have a refund in 7 days!!
So just double check you costs :mad:
