Thali Night Every Thursday

Mountains of the Moon (tel. 950 523 870) are going to be doing a "Thali Night" every Thursday commencing 5th March. Sounds really interesting, apparently thali is a platter which holds smaller dishes of different tasty items. As thali is a Gujarat dish it is mostly vegetarian, but they will also be doing meat platters and mixed platters too.

Must say, can't wait to give it a go...... :)

We went to the Mountains of the Moon's first Thali Night yesterday. It was all vegetarian dishes and very tasty too. They will be doing a meat thali next week so must go along and try that. Apparently they will be doing different thali dishes each week so we won't get bored with the same thing..... brilliant. :D
