STARTER
Tomato Shorba Soup
Dosa (Rice Pancakes) with Spicy Potato Filling
Dhokra - Rice & lentil flour steamed to a cake like texture.
Hariyali Chicken Tikka - Chicken pieces marinated in spinach, mint & spices then cooked in the Tandoor.

MAIN COURSE
Roasted Chicken with Onions
Spicy chicken on the bone, first roasted in garlic & ginger, served with a spicy caramalised onion sauce with whole peppercorns poured over and served with salad & Garlic Naan.
Mangalorean Pork
A south Indian dish made with kashmiri chilli powder, hint of dark vinegar and tamarind. A Sweet & Sour dish served with Naan of your choice and Mushroom Rice.
Methi Lamb
In India, Methi is the name for fenugreek. This north Indian dish combines fresh Fenugreek leaves and lamb superbly. Served with Naan of your choice & Coconut Rice.

VEGETARIAN OPTION
Khumb Palak - Spicy stir fried mushrooms and spinach.
