Bottled gas fire repair?

I have a bottled gas fire that dosent fully ignite.Does anyone know where i can get it repaired please ?

Supersaint, I don't think there is a repair service for them ? I have found in the past a carefull stripping down of the fire and cleaning off all the dirt and dust which gathers on the back of the element ´{ Fibre Pad } works. All this is done from the inside via the back of the heater.
