In the small hamlet of Los Corellas near Almanzora a part furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Cortijo with garage. A large house with mains water and electricity and availability of broadband. I am looking for a long term tenant who is capable of looking after an old house and deal with any problems as they may appear. I used to rent this house for 600 euros PM. Rental now for 350 euros per month plus bills.:cool:
