Hola,

Wouldn't it be great if you just put a cracking piece of music on and then all of a sudden the cat just appeared in front of your door and did a lovely lovely dance back and fore across the doorway.......mmmm...returning to its restful state upon the termination of said piece.

Have you been overdosing on adverts on TV, again Mikey?

Hola knowall,

I have been accused of watching a little too much of the old opium box in my time, you can call Mr Ploppy if you like!

I know that they only have a few seconds to get their messages across but there really are and have been some very funny TV ads over the last few decades.

But, as for this post, I just put a piece of music on whilst foruming and got this vivid image of me cat in its top hat an tails strutting all Fred Astaire like back an forth across the door in a "look at me" type moment, perhaps he was desperate for his dinner or summat like that.......I can hear the faint sound of sirens drawing ever near...oh my god they are at the door.....'xcuse me I'll try and be back for tomorrow... good consternoon afterble.

Hello,

I like it when a piece of music you enjoy is used as a soundtrack or dubbed onto a piece of sporting action for example, I never thought that I would hear a track by the Canadian Progressive Rock Trio " Rush ", played over a piece of footballing action on Sky Sports a month or two back!

Definitely paints a different image onto the mind!

Hola,

Yes, the power of the humble video.....there has been an advert for a health product (Berocca I think), where people are syncopated to an old "Blancmange" track called "Living on the Ceiling" using running machines.

This was adapted from another video by another band I think called "Ok Go", worth a watch on youtube.
