2 - Fairly unique
3 - I personally

Anyone want to add to the list?

'I'll be honest with you - - - ' (no I'd rather you lied - - -)
'In any way shape or form' (I'm already tired of listening)
'I'll give 110%' (not possible)
'At this moment in time' (you're playing for time)
People standing by flip charts interspersing their conversation with 'yeah?' And the tone of their voice rising at the end of each sentence making each one a question ?
- - - and people that say 'enjoy' no you mean enjoy - it / the food / drink / or whatever.
--oh and how uncool is the word cool - - - - and wearing shirts outside trousers when wearing a jacket so you see the shirt tail - - (sorry I'm getting carried away now - - -)
