Can i please let everyone know that the new bar on Avda. Lepanto, Rumores (formally bar George) is NOT a members only club!!! There is a room for meetings of clubs to use i.e Darts on a tuesday but it is not solely for the use of the cricket club as i have heard a couple of people mention. So, please, why not pop down and enjoy a few drinks, maybe a snack or even a game of pool or darts if you so wish. You´d be made more than welcome.

Popped in there yesterday to have a nose. Well done out, comfortable and pleasant decor.

Had a nice hot cup of tea too. Will probably call again when feeling the need for a cuppa when I´m shopping.

Forgot to mention, after many requests, they will also be doing Sunday lunches as from October.

I went to the bar and found it very pleasant, with good decor, excellent ambience and a friendly waitress....A great place to read a book if I hadn´t had my kids with me...! They had a healthy lunch followed by a game of pool so we will be frequenting Rumors more often...

I agree with the comments above. It is however a shame that smoking is permitted throughout, nothing worse that trying to enjoy lunch in a smokey atmosphere.
