oxygen concentrator

Has anyone out there got an oxygen concentrator for sale, portable or free standing anything considered, or does anybody know where i could buy/rent or lease one, elderly relative requires the use of one to provide oxygen 15 hours a day.

In Mojacar Playa, in the commercial centre, there is a store with wheelchairs and other help items. Maybe they can help you. I do not know any name but I have to be there on Monday afternoon. If you want I can check it for you?

Thank you Willemina, if its not too much trouble i would be most grateful if you could ask whether they can get hold of oxygen concentrators portable or floor standing and the cost (retail in UK around £2000/£3000). I'm in UK, back over end of the month.

Hi Juliemac,

I visited the shop in Mojacar Playa. It is called mobility matters. They have a portable oxygen concentrator which can be used 15 minutes, then you have to wait 5 min and then 15 minutes, 5 minutes etc. The price is € 995,- if you buy it, but you can also rent this unit. (from € 10,- a day to € 75,- for 4 weeks). I do not know if this is what you need, but they have a website mobilitymatters.es and the (british) man indicated that it would be possible to order another unit if that is what you need. Hope this will help you.
