I just received this to my inbox...
We would like to let you know that there is an arts and crafts fair this Sunday (the 7th September) in the Palace in Almanzora, between 5.00pm and 9.00pm. We are expecting at least 30 stallholders, both Spanish and English with lots of variety. There will be a lot of original art for sale by local artists, in addition to jewellery, cards, ceramics, plants, woodwork etc.
The fair is in aid of the restoration fund for the Palace in Almanzora.
The directions to the Palace are as follows.
1. From the Post Office in Albox, follow the road out of the town. Cross over a bridge and follow the signs to La Molata and Almanzora.
In the village of Almanzora there are three Spanish bars that serve good tapas and Pizzas and excellent wine and coffee.
We hope you will be able to support the event and look forward to seeing you there. The fair is inside as well as outside in the event that it should be raining.
