I have yesterday had my Bank Account Frozen normal non resident problems.

I was topping up my Movistar mobile via my banks website.
Can't do this anymore.
Where else can I top it up in Albox?

How about trying to top up in the Movistar shop in the main street in Albox?

Going down the main street towards GB stores road, it's on the right - at least, it used to be!

BP Petrol station, the message comes through that your phone is topped up before you can get out of the office. They're open 24 hours a day

You can also top up your mobile phone at any locoteria. There is one opposite the movistar shop with better openingtimes and friendlier personal than movistar shop.
I tried to top up through the movistar internet site. Although the helpline people did not want to confirm that, I think could not top up because I have a creditcard with foreignnumber. But if you have spanish creditcard it is a very easy way.

You can also top up phones in Dia supermarkets.
Just tell them your operator, number - and hand over the cash and it is done straight away.

You can also top up your mobile using the internet at movistar canal cliente, using a debit/credit card, when you complete you are given a reference number and when you press accept, you are topped up immediately.
