Hola Todos,

Any news on how Oria is doing on the new town plan, I'm assuming they don't come under Albox!

I asked the same question of someone who works in the town hall and got a "no idea" answer, not very helpful.
Oria is separate to Albox.

The council in Oria have approved the first -concept- version of the PGOU in a council meeting on the 2nd of April 2008.
The plans are displayed in the town hall and you can ask anything you want to know (regarding the position of your own property for instance), the person in charge is Diego.
You want to make allegations, suggestion or changes until the 3rd of May.

Thanks Maria A for posting that. We went up there this morning to check on it.
Had an interesting chat with Diego, nice chap.

Mikey, if you don´t want to have to take time from work I can tell you what he told us, pop down or we can pop up to yours when you´re free. Same thing applies in both our cases.

Hi Guys-

Do any of you out there have an electronic copy of the Oria PGOU and have internet access? Gather the Town Hall has been selling it on CD for 1 euro. A friend of mine has a copy, but their pc not working, so can't view it.

As my name suggests, I am stuck in UK but have a property in Oria. I am desperate to see what they have in store for our area as have already been told that there could be plans for a road through our tiny plot of land, but don't have much time to get time off work and get over to object if they do.

If anyone has a copy and can use Skype (free) to share the info on screen with me, I'd owe you a pint at least!

Living in hope.....

Further to stuckinuk's post above, if someone does have an electronic copy available and would like to send it me at:

info@alboxinfo.com

I'd be happy to make it available to everyone as a download from this site...

Thanks, El Jefe-

That's very kind of you. I'm trying to get time off to get out there to have a look at it before the deadline, but either way, if it was posted on the site it would help any others in our position.

My faith in human nature has been restored!
