What's Occuring on the Mountain Road?

Hola Todos,

Just wondered if anyone knew what they are doing on the mountain road between Albox and the Rambla de Oria, much red and white sticky tape and theododilte's.

I was told it was to do with preparing the road and bridge across the Rambla. The same is happening where the Oria road comes down onto the Rambla further up:o. Guess it's just 'wait and see'.

We had heard that two bridges are planned to cross the Rambla and seen the lorries with the drilling rigs doing some depth testing, but are curious as to how many folks are going to benefit from the bridges, you would have to already be on the existing tarmac road to continue into either Oria or Albox if the idea is to help when the Rambla floods.

Perhaps we are missing the point of the bridges?

...apparently, they are planning on widening the road at certain points to straighten out the sharp corners...
