Hola,

A very good friend of mine told me that her son was fined here in Spain for having an MP3 player on the his passenger seat, he was stopped for speeding in the first instance.

Can anyone confirm that it is illegal to wear earphones/headphones whilst driving.

Hola mikeyj,
It is illegal to wear headphones/earphones while driving a car or riding a bike here in Spain.
You can be fined!
Yet you can buy all types of motorcycle helmets with built-in headphones etc.
So.......no se....

Hi Mikeyj,

I think with some of the rubbish played on the Radio these days - you would be better with Ear Plugs.

Hola sherriff,

You are correct about the radio stations, at least with an MP3 player you could choose your own cr-p.

How are deaf people allowed to drive then I wonder?, I don't have anything against deaf people by the way, just curious.

Hope you are doing well Fred.

I'm doing OK Mikeyj thank you.

With regards how do deaf people drive - Did you know that it's only registered Deaf People who have to arrange for a special driving test - whereas registered Blind People do not have to do so !
