Do you mean to empty a pozo negro (septic tank)?

get a jcb to dig another pozo nearby (hole) and either put the 3 rings in which seems the norm here(and connect a 100mm pipe between) (it works as the the ex-pats have of saying) or do it the correct way and get the jcb to dig a rectangular hole build yourself a double chamber and connect to the original pozo that way the sewage fills to near the top (with a 100mm pipe connected between the basic and the double chamber) flows into the next!!(the solids stay in the first chamber liquid over flows into next and dissipates into the soil or rock!!! (look on the web and you will find all the details how to build a proper pozo!!!)

Depending on your circumstances you might also consider recycling the grey water (all the waste water that's not from the loo) separately. Try searching keywords like - grey water, permaculture, reed beds.
