Solicitor required for purchasing a property in Albox

we used Mercedes Flores Miron in Albox centre and had no problems but you would be well advised to scout around first getting lots of opinions. Many folk would wisely suggest that you use one from outside of town to avoid problems. :)

as i have mentioned somewhere before, get down to centro commercial in mojacar and have a word with michael davies (he is the man with his qualifications framed on his office wall,Madrid, Granada,and the uk!)been around a lot longer than the Albox crowd

Your the first person I have come across who has had a good word for Mercedes ?

My personal experience with her -on her advice I paid out € 500.ºº to a Architect friend of hers to draw up plans for something I wanted to do - these took a month to do - On my next visit to her office to discuss them - she then informed me she had changed her mind and had decided now it was not possible to do what I had in mind.

Then she had the nerve to send a bill for that advice - it got filed !!!!!

well done Sheriff, i didn,t want to state the fact that she is US!! I know of one couple at the moment who have a problem with their electricity (not their fault)this farce has been going on since July,met them wednesday still a never-ending -story!!(just a few more BOB (sorry about the pun) and it should be sorted??!!!!) she could not organised a P up in a brewery!!!!

Each to their own I guess - - everyone has different experiences - bit like choosing a dentist, car dealer etc etc - - best to shop around listen to lots of opinions and advice then make your own mind up??:)
